This project focused on uniting two town houses to create one large luxury family home in an idyllic location close to the port of La Duquesa. We were required to spatially restructure both houses to create one functional and grand coastal home. Key elements of the project were providing a sense of design continuity across the space as well as a design aesthetic that was modern and minimalist, whilst being accommodating to the needs of the clients.
