We were requested by our clients at Bosquemar to carry out works in order to put their property on the market for sale. The house was originally a Spanish Villa that had been doubled in size over the years with extensions to the property. We successfully redistributed the spaces and brought the different areas together so that the property flowed, to give the feel that the extensions had always been one property together. The main heart of the property is now the living room that we converted from an external terrace and a lounge on different levels to a sleek and elegant living room 10 metres wide. This is now an ideal space for entertaining whilst still serving as a homely space. This and other internal re-distribution that we carried out resulted in extra space to create a new bathroom at the property. Pulse furnished, created bulkhead lighting effects and designed the interiors. We also re-designed and specified exterior lighting for the garden, pool area and top terrace to modernise and create easier to maintain spaces.
