The brief was firstly to create the conceptual design and then complete the fit-out in a matter of a few weeks turn around. The overall design had to represent the highly prestigious, luxury brand of the company but also inducing a modern touch. Pulse Design Build created a memorable and distinctive design, which was of a very high quality to position the brand effectively and convey the feeling of well-established label.

Working within the defined branding, Luxury Sotogrande focused on creating a simple, seamless space for its clientele. Lighting tracks are confined to the perimeter and suspended from the industrial, exposed ceiling creating maximum height, with an oval bulkhead grounding the scheme and providing a client seating and visual display area screened with solid oak vertical beams.
