This renovation project expertly transformed a modest, rustic style chalet into a chic, modern, luxurious, and highly prestigious villa. The first task was to skilfully re-configure the existing layout which was achieved by our Pulse design team. The outcome was a triumph as we created a functional, unique, and customised renovation which featured many bespoke design features, including, a secret wooden wall, which behind is revealed a cloakroom and storage cupboard. One of the main feature of this property was the total transformation of the exterior space. We installed a new swimming pool which featured an impressive lit waterfall which adjoined to a beautiful exterior seating area. This area linked to the villa on the same floor level and has bi-folding doors opening to amplify the united areas.
