This project was a total renovation of a 5-bedroom Villa in Benalmádena. The Villa is situated in an impressive location with amazing panoramic sea views but was in desperate need of modernisation. The Villa was originally 2 properties of different styles that were combined resulting in the the main design challenge which was to make the houses feel united as one. As the Villa is spread over 3 floors, it was necessary to split the project into Phases. Phase 1 has been recently completed and consisted of renovating the main living areas with the aim to reflect the style and personality of our clients. Within our design, we incorporated different special features to add individuality and style to the reform. These included the installation and design of a bespoke indoor cascading water feature, Japanese style doors, an indoor hanging chair and the re rendering and modernising of a vaulted ceiling. The kitchen was opened up to be a spacious open plan area with an ultra-modern design, and now includes its own separate utility area. The master bathroom was redesigned into a luxurious open plan space with feature tiled walls and carefully selected luxury bathroom furniture. A perimeter bulkhead was installed in the master bedroom to enable us to add an impressive lighting effect.
